I had been using Logseq for a couple years and had always liked it. But earlier this year I switched my job and due to IT- Policies I could not use any desktop app. I tried Tana, reflect, capacities, Roam research (again) because these apps have online access. Tana is cool but it has zero working offline and where i live, internet outages do happen due to one reason or another. Roam and reflect are not free. I am using Capacities for almost 5-6 months and this is good app
I'm working on a new YouTube video and would love to hear about what has already worked for you in task management, as well as your current struggles with it.
@Santi Younger I mainly use it for reminder and tracking of reoccurring tasks. Like paying fees, rents, car maintenance. When I had started it, Natural Language Processing was not offered by most of other apps. I have tried other apps and liked tick tick for its interface but adding too many things just stopped me from the switch. I had tried to used for my office tasks but that didn't fit in with Microsoft 365 environment.
