One hard pill I learned already on this first class is that my instagram was too inward, like I had way too many personal content and I should make it more professional on the way that my content should serve my audience and not my ego ahahaha. So I am rebuilding my profile and bio and thanks to the classses I realized it.

I just want to say that I love so much how this course is exploring all the aspects about IG growth, it has been really detailed. Like, I only knew the top of the iceberg, I thought it was just to post aesthetic videos + cute quotes, but no. It is way more deep and serious the process of growth and with all these info here I really feel supported. Also the mindset part meant a lot for me! Really appreciating this course!

For the purpose of refining your profile and create a solid brand on your feed, do you think it would be optimal to delete old content that doesn't align with your actual brand? For example i have old reels that are bad quality and not tuned with what I post now. Or I should just leave them alone?

Well, hello :D Today my friend was criticizing the dark ig accounts saying she can't see stuff etc. I tried to explain to her that it is an aesthetic inside the fitness niche, for example. I would like to ask you, Trevor, if you know any psicological reason why people are so attracted to the dark aesthetic specially on ig feeds and reels. You're not a psicologist so ofc you don't have to answer that if you dont feel like, but i love the low exposure vibe and now I got curious why it is so popular!
