I'm going to keep on implementing the 3 hour Exec Speed Run, 3 to 4 times per week and work on improving my capabilities to deliver value through this method. What I like the most about this course is that it's in-depth and packed with value - with actionable steps that I haven't considered before. My thoughts after this course are as follows 🏆 Entrepreneur = Mindset + Habits 1️⃣ First, get into the mindset of an entrepreneur and start building habits that complement that mindset. 2️⃣ Lead with intention and take immediate action - it doesn't need to be perfect, just do and improve along the way. 3️⃣ Be strategic and start with small wins, apply small changes and use a timer.
