One month back, I had a problem implementing a new strategy with a setting team.
They wouldn’t follow a new qualification process…
And unqualified leads kept getting booked onto the closers calendars.
Usually I would handle it by chatting with the setter at fault every time they made the mistake.
But when strategies need to get implemented fast, this is a slow option.
So here’s what you can do instead…
Make an accountability chat with all the team members tied to executing the new task at hand.
In this case it was all the setters who were slow to implement the new process…
And the closers who were dealing with unqualified leads on their calendar.
Now every time a closer spoke with a bad lead they would post them in the accountability chat...
Then tag the setter responsible for booking the bad lead.
The setter would see their mistake…
And the entire chat would see it too.
