I need to niche down for my offer and Skool, need your help!

I quickly realized that I hit a wall to identify core desires, to solve specific problems for SPECIFIC persons.

My offer/community is just a bit broad and that kills high ticket deals potentials.

My line that I created after watching Andrew Kirby's video about niche selection was : "I help business

owners to scale to 5-figure a month with AI and Automations without the hassle of technical details"

Just analyzed my Upwork testimonials and I got the type of people I helped, it was mainly Agency Owners and Consultants and High Ticket Coaches.

So what are your thoughts?
