Apps You Can Use to Manage ADHD
Here is a list of apps that you can use to manage your ADHD. I wanted to share with y'all some apps that can help you manage life with ADHD. Bitwarden ~ Keep track of all your passwords across all of your devices. FocusMe ~ This app works by making your “Monkey Mind” behave again. Hiatus ~ Hiatus keeps tabs on all your subscriptions and negotiates better deals on your bills. Tile ~ It sort of works like Apple AirTags, it's the same principle...keeps track of all your belongings so you don't lose your wallet or phone. Notion ~ You can use this to keep track of all of your tasks. FocusMate ~ Connects you to other people who have committed to being accountable for finishing their most important tasks. Excalidraw ~ Draw out all of your ideas in a way that feels very natural. Obsidian ~ A very useful notes tracking app. Finch ~ Daily self care so you can manage life stress. ForestApp ~ It grows a virtual tree when you can stay focused and tend to your garden. Let me know if I've missed any important apps. Also please add your suggestions in the comments to improve this listing. Thanks!

Transcendental Meditation for ADHD..?
How to get stuff done as a person with ADHD?
When you're feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, here are a few steps you might consider: 🪩 Set Small Goals: Break down your aspirations into manageable, smaller tasks. This can make it easier to start and maintain momentum. 🖋️ Create a Routine: Establish a daily or weekly schedule that includes dedicated time for working on your goals. Consistency can help build habits. 📛 Limit Distractions: Identify what tends to derail your focus and try to minimize those distractions when you're working on your tasks. 🧚🏻 Accountability: Find a friend or mentor who can help keep you accountable. Sharing your goals with someone else can increase your commitment. 🪞 Reflect on Your Interests: Think about what truly excites you. This might help you find a path that feels fulfilling without the pressure of traditional routes. 🧑🏼‍🏫 Consider Professional Support: If therapy is available, even if it’s been challenging to engage, it might be worth revisiting. A therapist can help you work through these feelings and find strategies that work for you. 🕺🏻Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge your achievements, no matter how small. This can help build confidence and motivation. It's okay to feel lost sometimes; the important thing is to take small steps forward. You’ve already recognized what you want—now it’s about finding the path that feels right for you.
