Hey all, I could use a 2nd perspective on whether my future plans for my agency would be viable.
I've always wanted to get into the education space since it's something I value immensely. But because I was new to running an agency before, I opted not to touch niches like Info-products/courses; and instead went into alternative medicine clinics.
I've built out a bit of an odyssey plan now for how my agency would look 5 years down the line if I stayed in the alternative medicine niche vs. If I switched more towards info-products/course creators; and I'm definitely leaning more towards the latter.
Obviously I'm not planning on making a full jump and having to completely restart in a new niche (valley of despair), so I opted for a more 'pivot' move, where I'm already on track to start advertising for a course one of my current clients is already making, giving me the experience I need before jumping into the deep end.
I was also planning on taking my current clientele, and helping them produce, and then monetize their own info-products/courses, to increase their reach (since they are brick-and-mortar).
Let me know if this is a solid plan. Any feedback is appreciated 馃
