I've had lots of you reach out about outbound calls not working. Here's a triage guide.
1. Do you have voice minutes
2. Check to make sure that the correct assistant id is in the workflow call action
3. Make sure that your phone number connected to the assistant
4. If it's still not working then reset your oauth connection
5.Does bot pickup on inbound calls?
6.still no outbound? build a new bot, connect phone, grab Assistant ID, create new workflow with single make ai call action, paste in ID and enroll yourself in the workflow.
