@Dan Leteky Agreed, but a custom tool would still need to be used (currently) if you want a stable solution. Add/Remove Tag tool doesn't work consistently, but custom tools work every time.
I am trying to set up this assistant to recognize the time when a call comes in [Time-Based Behavior]. I don’t want it to continue chatting during certain hours or on weekends (in my use case, transferring the call to the office before/after hours). Is this possible?

I did a little bit of testing and I couldn't get it to work unless I held it's hand during the convo. ### Call Routing & Hours Of Operation If the user says they need to speak with the owner, check if the current time is inside of business hours, which are 0700 hours to 1800 hours in Central Time. - If outside of business hours say, "[AFTER HOURS COMMENT]" - If inside of business hours say, "[OPEN HOURS COMMENT]"
