Spend 7 days to Learn the movements here in the classroom. When you are confident in your ability to do them, let me know and I’ll send you the 21 day logbook for you to take notes and track your journey. Keep me posted along the way! And then let me know when you are done with the 21 days. Reduce tremendously or banish entirely low back pain.
* If the pain is not reduced or banished the muscles in the body are not the cause of your pain (rare). If so let me know and I can help you find the cause.
IMPORTANT
*Make sure you move gently and don’t push through a pain barrier.
*your ability to banish pain requires that you feel your ability to contract (tighten) and then slowly relax fully muscle groups. So minimize distractions.
*muscles might be sore as you move them, just do 3 reps each movement. They are sore because they are chronically tight…just keep or practicing until the ice melts!
