A locked body is a body trapped in pain
How do we unlock the body. There may be many ways to unlock the body. As there are many causes for its seizing. A most primary and fundamental cause of a locked body full of pain is the UN-Management of stress as it manifests in the Muscular System. When the muscles are habitually worked, tightened, from work labor and stress, gone in managed they shorten, stiffen and our movements become stuck. The Lower Back is the base of the spine. When the cause of lower back pain is hyper contracted lower back Muscles from hard and repetitive labor, injury and or stress - there is one most natural and effective remedy. And that is to Pandiculate our most fundamental planes of movement governed by the muscles and muscle groups themselves. Remember: The Low Back is apart of the Whole
Address the Whole effectively and efficiently and address the part. The muscular system is an interconnected system. If you have time only for the first 6 movements or 2 or 3 fine. Just know, feel entitled to take the time to give yourself the best feeling. Address the whole, do all 13 movements.
