The Most Effective Stress and Pain Management Movement Sequence
Nature is efficient: these are movements based in nature. Unfortunately, human beings do not employ this natural bio mechanic instinctively. And we suffer because of it with stiffness and pain. Especially as we age. Inspired by the work of Moshe Feldenkrais Movement therapy genius and Hans Seyle, stress science pioneer Dr Thomas Hanna developed the simple movements Low Back Liberation is based upon.

We need an effective daily Practice that’s quick in our daily lives that banishes stiffness, tension and pain. If we have unmanaged tension for decades it can take some time to unwind it all. We seek Balance like nature seeks it!
This Group just made a change!
I will be doing a live 1 hour class to support your journey to get out and stay out of pain for Life! It will be a paid subscription for new members at $99/month. The course will have the movements broken down including the Low Back Liberation Ebook with Workbook and also a recording you can hit play on twice daily to follow along efficiently.

WTF is Functional Pandiculation!?!
Functional pandiculation is indeed a process involving the contraction and relaxation of specific muscle groups, rather than just stretching. This process helps to reset muscle tension and improve neuromuscular function. During pandiculation, the body engages in a series of coordinated movements that involve both tightening (contracting) and then releasing (relaxing) muscles, which can enhance proprioception and awareness of body positioning. This can be particularly beneficial for maintaining muscle function, relieving tension, and promoting overall physical health.

The Secret Key * Must Read
The Secret Key 🔑 MUST READ (1 min) : - Wild Animals instinctively apply the bio-mechanical movement pattern taught here up to 40 times per day to remain Flexible, Agile and full of energy to survive! • Humans Do Not apply this bio-mechanic their whole Lives because we don’t do it instinctively (Oh No! 😱) and we suffer stiffness and pain because of it, especially as we age. • We have to learn how to do it. I’m going to show you how. We never learned these movements in school. Well now you can! In my bSkool! Enjoy! And welcome :)
