Stay routed in prayer life Kings. Without Christ you cannot defeat gluttony, lust or any of the deadly sins.
Old me was "fat and happy" for sure. But I have on paper, a miserable life now but I'm the HAPPIEST I've ever been. Euphoric.
- I walk 5 miles a day,
- abstain from Meat on Wednesdays and Saturdays per the brown scapular
- 40 hour fast beginning 8PM Thursday And Ending 12 Noon Saturday
- Daily Rosary
- Weekly Eucharistic Adoration
- Traditional Latin Mass offered by ICKSP.
- 15 mins of studying Latin on DuoLingo per day.
