I used 135 for the first set of strict press and then moved to 95. I’ve had a long term shoulder injury, so any barbell pressing hurts, but I’m trying to (intelligently) get my range of motion and strength back without hurting myself.
On the Metcon, I got 13:31.
I used 115 for the Push Press and 106# Kb for the squats and swings. That got me! The pull-ups were strict.
