Recovering from a binge this week. Using the -1 Lb. Down System of eat when truly hungry and stop when a little full. I am back at 182.0 lbs. Not far from 179.7 when I started gaining again.
Ate some greens (asparagus) and a bok choy 馃ガ smoothie. Meal prepping some asparagus and mushroom 馃崉 soup in the instant pot right now.
Just making the base. Then I can add whatever when it鈥檚 time to eat!
