How many of you do Yoga,Qi Gong or some other type of flexibilty work out.
I used to take Qi Gong classes and just loved them so much. Then I started doing Yoga and DDP Yoga and really think they are great for just living a better life not just BJJ. If you do any type of classes let us know if you feel it is a total life benefit or just another form of stretching for you.
