Worst Injury?
What was your worst injury in BJJ? The worst injury I've heard was pretty recent, some guy tore his ACL, MCL, LCL, and PCL, from doing a judo take down. And my worst injury was almost a year ago, where I almost tore my rotator cuff. Comment down Below👇

I have a laundry list… Broken toes, torn tendons in my right foot, sprains in my right and left MCL, at least 1 concussion and most recently a broken nose. It is a contact sport after all…
What is your favourite gi or gi brand?
Question for my pajama friends out there. I have a batch 11 Shoyoroll that I really enjoy. Falling apart a bit but I still love it.

Jokes on you!! I have no friends!!!
How many of you do Yoga,Qi Gong or some other type of flexibilty work out.
I used to take Qi Gong classes and just loved them so much. Then I started doing Yoga and DDP Yoga and really think they are great for just living a better life not just BJJ. If you do any type of classes let us know if you feel it is a total life benefit or just another form of stretching for you. Thanks,

I did a cardio yoga workout thing with my wife for awhile. It was pretty good. More active than “normal “ yoga. It definitely helps. I also did a TON of strength and flexibility training on my knees after injuring my MCL’s. I should 100% still be doing it, but I’m kinda dumb and very lazy…
Should slamming be legal in BJJ?
I’ve always wondered why it’s not legal for the majority of tournaments. Even ADCC only allows it when there’s a threat of a submission. I’m not talking about spiking on their head or neck but a slam. My thoughts are for youth and white belts probably keep them safe from themselves and not allow it. For all adult coloured belts, let’s see what happens. Easy way to not get slammed while triangle choking someone, let go of it, or lock up a leg to keep their posture broken. I bet you’d see some interesting developments in the Gi game. Also to those that jump guard and willing to risk blowing out your knees, you risk getting slammed via Seismic Toss, Machamp Style. Thoughts?

I’m old. Slams and jumping anything are usually a no go for me. Suppose it depends on your level. I would hope that people realize that if the other guy can lift you up and the only thing keeping him from power bombing you into oblivion is a “rule” it’s probably not a great spot to be in…
