How do you handle a restricted Profile?

Over the weekend I had a debt relief ad hit by the community standards algorithm thinking the ad is trying to scam people. They restricted my profile and now I can't create ads or unpause existing ads

The weird thing is it seems to be a different front-end algorithm that flagged this because nothing in my ad accounts is actually marked or rejected. Then my business manager says I've been restricted since Feb 23rd even though I was just making ads Friday...

Seems like it's all glitched.

I'm trying to get in touch with support to fix this, but we all know how bad they are.

How would you guys go about safely adding more profiles to your BM in this scenario? My wife's account is in there now, but I'm worried about getting totally locked out if something happens to her account and I can't get in touch with a decent support agent.
