How do you handle a restricted Profile?
Over the weekend I had a debt relief ad hit by the community standards algorithm thinking the ad is trying to scam people. They restricted my profile and now I can't create ads or unpause existing ads The weird thing is it seems to be a different front-end algorithm that flagged this because nothing in my ad accounts is actually marked or rejected. Then my business manager says I've been restricted since Feb 23rd even though I was just making ads Friday... Seems like it's all glitched. I'm trying to get in touch with support to fix this, but we all know how bad they are. How would you guys go about safely adding more profiles to your BM in this scenario? My wife's account is in there now, but I'm worried about getting totally locked out if something happens to her account and I can't get in touch with a decent support agent.

@John Casto solid advice, thanks man. Really hadn't been thinking about elections but you're totally right. We're only a month out at this point, explains things going haywire...damn their automated systems 🤦 I just got an email from Meta saying they're looking into my issue, so it looks like I finally got a support rep to flag my issue to a higher up team at least. Fingers crossed lol
Does anyone use the RingbaConversion event to scale?
Previously I haven't liked using the RingbaConversion event for testing because there never seems to be enough data flow at low budgets. I've always just optimized for the click to call off my lander (as a Contact event), and that's still the event I go after in my testing ABO. But for the scaling CBO, sometimes I see a problem where a creative gets clicks to call for $5 but they convert like crap. Meanwhile there's a creative in the CBO that gets calls for $10 so it never gets spend But the calls from that creative convert great and it's actually way more profitable than the one getting calls in at $5 So I was thinking maybe optimizing for the click to call on my CBO's isn't a good idea, and instead I should optimize for converted calls even though there would be less data flow. What events do you guys have the most profitability with at scale? Any help or advice on this is super appreciated!

@John Casto thanks John! I'm going to continue using the click to call for my ABO tests, but try the RBC event for my scaling CBO. I'll report back if it goes well and looks to be a more profitable way to scale in a CBO!

+1 for everything John uses, except for Integrations & Automations I use Make.com instead. Find them to be much more cost effective, but Zapier is great too!
Turning FB Ads On And Off
I'm currently running a pay per call offer for spanish debt and they only have agents available to take calls between 11am-10pm EST. I turn my ads off at the adset level when they are not open for taking inbounds outside of these hours. My question is, does turning the ads off outside of these hours and then turning back on during the hours of operation affecting the learning algorithm that Facebook has? If so, how would this be handled at the media buying level? Any experience or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Some people use lifetime budgets to set an actual schedule, but I've always just used rules to pause/resume at the ad set level like you are. AFAIK, learning is only effected when you're paused for a week or longer. I'm also running spanish debt if you have any interest in linking up and strategizing!
