Meal 1 - π³ Eggs in ghee/ Smoked salmon
Meal 2 - Beef Mince or Steak bites/ tallow
Had sight hunger increase. So Iβve been sipping on bone broth during the day.
Typically eat within 2 hours of waking and then the next meal is around 4-5pm.
