Fatigued, but slept better
I still woke up last night with inflamed and pain, but was able to get back to sleep eventually after some massage of my neck, and prayer journaling.
I was too fatigued to do my strength training today, but I still walked my Labrador and did some brain retraining, Wim Hof breathing and physio exercises for my neck.
