Greetings Folks!

Wanted to sort of toot my own horn!

As of today, in my morning weigh-in, I reach a complete weight loss of 50 lbs.!!

Since beginning of joining this group, and being 98% Carnivore...I give myself 2% off for Date Night when we go to sushi...and might have a small amount of rice in the few rolls we eat. I have workout and kept clean on my "diet"...I have had steadily loss the weight.

Funny parts of this journey, I have been going through my clothing and being able to donate sizes that I can no longer fit into! Which I may need to go through them again, soon!
