Coffee with Attorney
Just had coffee with my attorney this morning. First time meeting him in person. Not only extremely knowledgeable but just a genuinely nice person. When I asked if he invests in real estate himself he said no, not now due to family and work circumstances. However, when I asked if he’d like to invest passively with me, his reply, “Absolutely!”
