So I am currently 83 kilo
1rm bench 95kg
1rm deadlift 135kg
1.rm squat 120kg
Not bad! So I did a second workout to help a friend today. ill post it in workouts so tested deadlift during and the other two after. I racked these weights straight onto the bar for Bench and squat. I feel I could have had a little more on both if i tested not fatigued but jm happy as a start.
