I'm focusing on power along with strength at the moment. Don't get much time other than what I already am spending at the gym. Power is coming from rowing intervals and some of the weight training I'm doing

Welcome to the Challenge!🏆
First off I'd like to extend a huge thanks for participating in this community. My goal is to create a melting pot of people from all walks of life combined by one thing, their passion for fitness and seeing results! Each week a challenge will be set to for you to complete via the 'classroom' tab. This may be related to fitness, strength, endurance or even lifestyle. Your goal each week is to simply turn up, give it a go and post up your results with a video or picture of you completing the task as proof! Hopefully by completing these tasks you will build good habits that over time improve your longevity! In the spirit of competition and camaraderie all that I request is that you help lift and motivate others to be the best they can and help one another with any issues they have from fitness to business and everything in between! Each challenge will have THREE categories: - Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced Ensure you are competing against people at a similar level as you that will push you to the next level by following the guidelines of each task. Damien Age: 39 Picked up training again in November 23 Current goals - increase of all round strength: 200kg deadlift before November 24 100kg bench before November 23 150kg squat before November 23 As a bonus - lose some body fat
