I have frozen shoulder, but I refuse to let it keep me from doing SOMETHING to challenge myself.
Today I:
walked one mile
Did 100 reps on a leg rowing machine
Did 200 on biceps (100 curls, 100 extensions)
300 crunches
Walked another mile to round it out.
