7-Day Trial Summary + Question
Hey! So as of today, we have the 7-day trial option. Huzzah! Go Team Skool!!!
This is what I can see + got from the call today with Alex:
- You toggle it on in the pricing area
- Payment is collected up front
- After 7 days, the charge goes through
- They can only do this once (email + credit card can only be used once to try to join a group)
- They can easily cancel within their account before the charge goes through
- We can set certain "premium" materials to be accessed only at a later date, especially templates and such
This is what I'm unsure of:
- Do they get notifications before the charge goes through?
- How can we prevent spammers? (I opted NOT to have a free or "mini" priced community because I want to protect the space)
