If an organization wanted all their people in your skool . . .
If an organization told you they want all of their people in your skool and asked what would that look like . . .
How would you pitch them price structure wise?
(Edited)l for context)
My skool is for athletes who want to play at the D1 level (college) and pro. D1MindELITE, my paid program, focuses on sports psychology. So, they are learning the mindset necessary to play at the top levels of sport.
I have a call today with a company who has an athlete academy and would like to incorporate my services into his academy for his athletes.
What I offer currently (so as to remain scalable)
  • Calendar: 5 days a week mental hangout hour (no 1-on-1’s, would expand to two hours a day as need arises)
  • Community: other driven athletes pushing and encouraging eachother
  • Classroom: over 100 videos on specific mental game topics
Where I’ve gotten caught up before, is deciding whether to go with a
  • 6 or 12 month membership fee directly with him (and add all his athletes in via email - problem being, when he wants to stop paying some day, I’d have to kick everyone out, and whoever wanted to stay would need to re-signup)
  • An optional feature their company highly suggests but doesn’t require for the athletes. That way it can sit like a QR code on their front desk and they can sign up as desired
  • Raise their price to incorporate the skool fee each month (run into same problem as option one)
Wanted to keep it open ended for you, but hope this helps with a bit more context
I have the structure in place. My plan is to really ask him what he’s looking for, what he’s hoping to see the program do for his athletes, and what he’s hoping to get out of it (potential affiliate style). Like hermozi says, asking questions helps you stay in control of the convo.
I have everything he’s looking for, I just want him to come up with it and then we can price it out
