Inquiry About Automating Access and Course Updates

I have a quick question. Currently, we're using Zapier to manage access, but it's limited to triggering access by clicking the "Join Now" button. I'm exploring ways to update a specific set of courses, automate this process, and grant access to multiple trainees simultaneously.
