I'm eager to supercharge our group's growth by empowering members to refer friends—and rewarding them for it! While Circle offers this feature, I’m committed to sticking with Skool and believe we could greatly benefit from integrating a similar capability.
Here's ideas:
- Affiliate Rewards for Members: Once members reach a certain level, they qualify to become affiliates. This milestone achievement not only boosts engagement but also incentivizes members to bring in new faces.
- Explosion of Growth: Implementing this feature could dramatically increase our membership. Since most Skool groups already encourage referrals, offering a tangible reward could significantly boost actual referral rates.
- Referral Tracking System: Even for our free groups, having a referral tracking system would be invaluable. This system wouldn't rely on traditional commissions but would instead allow us to recognize and reward members in meaningful ways—whether through free coaching sessions, courses, gift cards, or even tech gadgets like an iPad.
This approach would not only incentivize referrals in both our free and paid communities but also foster a dynamic growth environment. Having both traditional affiliate benefits for our paid groups and creative rewards for free group referrals would offer the best of both worlds.
