Need help with my community

I am reaching out for help and advice

I started my community around a month back on Skool, it was going all over the place, not properly targeting any specific niche and i think i was offering too much

Now, i have two ideas!

One, to start a community to help people with learning digital marketing, online business and remote work, because, i have considerable knowledge and experience in finance and marketing and i have my small digital marketing agency. This can be a good option because its high in demand and can be monetized, however very saturated niche

Two, i have been an introvert all my life, however, with my years of experience in corporate world i can help fellow introverts to put themselves out in the world through personal development, gaining confidence and learning skills, this niche seems closer to my heart, very targeted, but not sure how i will be able to monetize it
