New Setting: Force Send Welcome Message

As a community owner (1x free, 1x paid community), I would like a new setting added to the Auto-DM Welcome Message plugin (see image), that, when set to ON, it forces the send of the Welcome message, even if I have a previous conversation with that user. SO THAT, a new paid member always receives the welcome message, and knows what to do when they join.

The problem is that with a free-to-paid ascension model, the AutoDM feature never really fires for signups to the Paid group, because the user has normally always received the free community AutoDM.

The other scenario when this would be helpful is when you ask the user a question before letting them in like “What brings you to the Community?” or asking them to add a profile picture etc.
