As you know, the spammers and cold dmr's have been getting progressively worse, so we've gotten stricter on our join requests, even going so far as to validate emails. We had a very busy spammer in our group over night and I woke to several reports from our community members. The reporting feature was great, but after I sent her a parting farewell and removed her from the group, I had to use several search methods to filter/surface her messages to delete them.
So, I have a couple of questions/requests...
- Is it possible when banning (just banning) a member to have a delete all comments feature?
- Is it possible for an admin to report them to Skool and have them removed from the platform entirely?
This gal is a member of 34 other groups and I seriously doubt these groups would want her in their community. I've already spent over an hour dealing with the fallout and I don't have the time or the mental bandwidth to report her to all 34 groups. Skool is supposed to make building and managing community easy and I absolutely adore it! Love it, mean it! 💯
But, the few are making it difficult for the many. I would love to be part of a solution rather than complaining about it. So, please let me know if I can help in any way.
