The rules feature is a great way to display our community values

I’m a bit confused about the feature announcement live-stream regarding the rules. It seeed that the rules have been replaced with the admin count, and now they’re nowhere to be found. Are they still accessible, anywhere?

In in the help center it still says to just share our rules inside the first "start here" course or is it possible that the update hasn’t been reflected yet?

Could you clarify the current status of the rules and where they should be visible?
