Actually TREAT the ITB
There is a lot of noise around “but you can’t release the ITB, the glutes and TFL help Form the ITB, and you should focus on quads/hamstrings to help release it”
Then again, still no results..
The ITB also carries mechanoreceptors, so why should we completely forget the pain gate theory when it comes to treating the ITB??
Don’t be afraid to needle it and treat it the same way you hit other structures!
