Clinical discussion
Last week someone asked to do a clinical poll. Business topic was a bit slow for traction so let’s see what you guys want to discuss RE clinical assessment or diagnosis. Or even just a discussion topic… how about tackling knee pain and an associated cause?

I really like the first one Toby!! Might be cool to host a little Q&A on this one, will clear up a lot of confusion around some gait stuff
YOU ARE NOT A THAI SPA YOU ARE A PROBLEM SOLVER 🧨
Nothing wrong with massage spas at all! However, you are MORE than someone who just offers massages. Even if you are a remedial therapist! The industry is rapidly CHANGING and practitioners have become more clinically advanced. Your point of difference should be centered around PROBLEM SOLVING. Even basic muscular stiffness is a problem and it’s your role to SOLVE IT! People are coming to you for solutions, especially when other therapists have yet to solve them. Stand out!

Tell em Toby! Would love to see peoples ideas and how other practitioners can add value and benefit as well 🚀
Marketing Strategies & finding new clients
Okay guys, the poll was small, but we start somewhere and grow 🌱 - the winning topic was “Marketing Strategies & Finding New Clients… So I’ll start by asking a question: What do you think is the best way to get new clients AND WHY?! And we can go from there. Hopefully this will help those with slow diaries right now, and maybe some people new to their own private practise…

@Toby Sam Harris yea this is HUGELY valuable! It’s really just about showing up as often as possible and allowing people to become familiar with you. Familiarity and community instills trust and authority. Not to mention, being familiar with the diverse gym related injuries as well as the style of training the members adopt is a no brainer! Over time, people will inevitably come and see you. Show up as often as you can and you’ll only get “luckier” with bookings

To also add, one my favorite ways is treating personal trainers of the gym. A fast way to build trust is to be seen treating multiple trainers who happen to have multiple clients. It’s a business to business (B2B) strategy that will drive higher volume of bookings over time
Let’s talk about something
Hey guys, great to be part of the community! Shall we start a discussion? Let’s take a vote and jump right in this time tomorrow based on votes 😁 👊🏼

@Sree Mittapally but yes I agree. The clinical component is just as relevant and it’s great for new grads to know how to bridge the gap between the both 🫡
