Day 2
1. Still looking at individuals that would represent the brand appropriately that could align with the vision. Making good progress and DM’s sent today! 2. Uploaded a post yesterday on the topic of basic needs of recovery methods to reduce chances of injury on IG 3. Posted all the sessions of treatment on my story. Took my tripod and film’s snippets of all the session. 4. Followed up with five clients, two of which will get back to me today. 5. This is my main target to push reviews 3/5 Have a great weekend guys!

First in-person meet up with a gym
Hey Guys! Thought I would post my actions for the day. I went and searched for all the local gyms in my area and have managed to to organise an in person meet-up tomorrow morning where I’ll pitch my offer for them to be a brand ambassador💪 Wish me luck 😅

@Bradley Murray-Skey sure do In the meantime, create a separate booking type on your booking system called “ambassador booking” and an “ambassador referral” booking type for those who get referred This was you can keep track of who the ambassadors are, who/how many people are referring

@Malcolm Scantlebury great question! It would depend on how high the price increase is. If it is an incremental price increase, it is likely you will not see any drop off at all.. For example, $5-20 increase. For the steep price increases, you would also be very surprised at how little people will drop off.. Two things may drop off initially (~10% drop off) - A) Client acquisition due to higher ticket B) Rebooking frequency Also for larger clinics or multiple team members, as a matter of fact it’s the best way to get other practitioners busy. If the price point anchored is so high for 1-2 practitioners, it’ll make it an absolute no brainer for clients to book with practitioners who are less busy at cheaper price points. Incremental price increases across the board should be implemented on the basis of “inflationary” increases anyways 🚀
Day 2 Accountability
1. Reached out to 3x influencers on the coast. Slightly adjust the script to something more in my voice but kept the core offer the same - free treatment/Ax for a collab. These ones are pretty big dogs so hopefully hear back but may aim smaller tomorrow. ✅ 2. No post for the feed again. Going to batch on Sunday and will be more consistent here. ❌ 3. Clinic day posted up on stories ✅ 4. No follow ups from today, ❌ 5. Got the review from yesterday! ✅ Requested a review from today from a discharging patient. 3/5, content batching will be big for this weekend

This is fantastic bro! Very good! If they say no, it’s their loss and probably don’t appreciate the service either. You can make up for the days you don’t post on the challenge by doing batch content 🚀
Day 1
Signed up yesterday and got myself round the challenge; 1. Checked varies amount of stories of local gyms around Dubai with people of a high followings. Quick tip for people; on instagram search for the gym, but click 'places', then look at the stories people have uploaded when they've tagged the gym then approach. 2. Posted stories, varies amount of content filmed with clinics during the day and before that need editing. 3. Uploaded patients on stories I had seen yesterday on my stories, however will do an overview of patients today. 4. No follow up made. 5. Reorganised google business profile for more effective use. Id say a solid 0/5 or maybe a 0.5/5

Mate from an ambassadorship reach out perspective this is excellent! Very clever. This is a great way to quickly find ambassadors; and it goes to show there is NO SHORTAGE nor EXCUSE to reach out to ambassadors each day. Have you been able to contact any of those guys and offer them anything?
