Days 15-21: 30 Day Challenge
Here is your FULL WEEK plan with you for days 15-21 of our challenge. Now keep in mind, this is future tense for me as well, so I don’t have examples to share with you YET, but you’ll start to notice them in the daily engagement thread posts.
I will still make daily engagement thread posts Mon-Fri and remind you of the day's posting guidance that I've created and shared here for you! This just allows you to plan more in a week's timeframe or plan to switch days around for busier/easier days needed for your schedule!
Day 15 (Monday): I’ll never stop posting about __________ (the secret sauce to what makes your business methodology create success stories) because my clients are ___________ (list what they are saying about you, how you’ve made them happy/successful, etc).
You can even share screen shots to pop up on the screen for further proof.
Caption:
I say this with so much LOVE, but...
You have to have ________ (your secret sauce of your business methodology) in order for your (ambitious desire) to come to life.
Here’s why:
Break down your methodology and WHY it works.
List 1-2 liners about specific clients (mention them by name for even more proof) about how you took them from X to Y or created them into happy returning clients without WHATEVER THEY DIDN’T WANT TO DO (spend more money, break the budget, waste more time, wait 2 weeks for shipping, give up their favorite foods, etc)
I know you’re feeling _______ (limited belief/hold back)
But there’s so much FREEDOM (feeling they are desiring) that awaits you (on the other side of working with me/my business or what the next step of entering your world looks like)
CTA word to the next place you want to drive them.
In stories:
Slide 1: I say this with so much love…..
Slide 2: I’ll never stop posting about X because…. (Poll, are you ready for me to spill it?)
Slide 3: But first, do you want results like this? Share Client names or screen shots of happy/returning clients again with either a poll or drag the bar to amp them up and learn how your warm audience is based on story engagement…
Slide 4: SPILLING IT!!!! Link to your post
Repurpose Email Marketing:
Hey first name,
You know I’m the queen of creating (the ambitious desire your business generates) and did you know that 90% of people are (missing this/have a misconception about this)
Explain the limiting belief holding them back and how 9/10 stay stuck because of it…. (Or whatever stat is typical for your industry)
Then go into:
I say this with so much LOVE, but….
Go into your social media caption and link to the next place you want to drive them.
Email Subject Line: 90% are missing this!
2nd subject line: Can you guess what it is?
Day 16 (Tuesday): What’s more valuable? X or Y? Make sure it’s something that is related to your topic and can position you with authority. PHF coaches could ask: What’s more Valuable? Food Freedom or Rest Days? Or What’s More Valuable? Winning a $10,000 Fitness Challenge or Maintaining Your Results/Dream Body Year Round?
You can also reword it, if you could only pick 1 of these 2: X & Y, which do you pick? This is a great engagement type post for both awareness that also allows you to further explain your philosophy in email marketing for nurturing thru educational consideration. If you decide to do an email marketing elaboration, make sure to use this in your caption. Example:
What’s more valuable to you? X or Y? Drop your thoughts below and I’ll be sharing mine with my VIP community members later today.

2nd email line: For Your Eyes Only
Earlier today, I asked on social media if you thought X or Y was more valuable to you and here are my thoughts:
Start the email by saying “In case you missed it”…then link your post with a button or graphic…
Then get into the educational side of the advantages of BOTH options and how you view each of them in your business/for your clients, but if you had to pick just one……it would be….drum roll please…..
Then share your answer.
Link to the next place you want to drive them (freebie, segmented list, wait list)
Day 17 (Wednesday): Hey, let me start my ________ business and see what happens…….. (this is the hook)….then still on the screen share client success stories (screen shot proof is the best). Drive to caption for further breakdown of what your happy clients have to say!
Day 18 (Thursday): DTC! Find/Create Your (Desired Ambition in 60 seconds). Write a script that starts off with the words “find/create your ________(whatever your dream client’s desired ambition is) in just 60 seconds!” You want to hook them in with the first sentence, also put this caption on the screen for the first few seconds and have generated captions for the entire video. Introduce yourself (very quickly and say what you do with some type of trust factor line (how long you’ve been in business, if you’re partnered with a. Company that’s done big things, number of success stories, whatever your super power is) and start to explain your methodology (you can reuse a caption from earlier in the week) in a direct to camera way.
Caption includes CTA where you want to send them next.
Story series is going to combined days 17 & 18 in a series (doing this bc I like to not be on stories every day):
Story slide 1: Do you remember when I started my business in ______?
Slide 2: It’s kinda crazy to think that since then…… (poll for engagement asking if they want more, hyping up happy clients + success stories that you’ve created since then)
Slide 3-5 (do it in 1 or multiple slides) sharing some success stories for proof!)
After that, do a slide that asks if THEY want the ambitious desire your business creates with a poll.
Then follow up with “here’s the exact process to follow” and share your DTC in stories (actually link the doc reel so they can watch it all)
End with a link to the CTA word or next place you’re leading them (freebie, segmented list, wait list, etc)
So this is a long story series day!
Day 19 (Friday): I don’t know who needs to hear this but…..relief statement that proves it gets to be EASY! This is what my future post will be to give you a reference: I don’t know who needs to hear this but you don’t need to create new content every single day. Let me introduce you to the term REPURPOSE.
Caption: It gets to be easy! Just repurpose and keep making moves, sis!
Email Marketing: Do a wrap up of your posts and success stories from the week that you already worked on in previous posts!!!

Subject line 2: Too juicy NOT to share again…
2 Optional Weekend Posts for Days 20+21:
Weekend Optional Post 1: You’re not going to ________(insert ambitious desire of your dream Client here) until this happens……
Break down the methodology as to WHY in caption. If you can mention 1-2 lines of 1-2 case studies/client testimonials - that is great way to add social proof! We will reuse this caption for a DTC next week!!!
Weekend Optional Post 2: Gentle reminder that your (limited belief/what’s holding you back) is completely normal. Congratulations on being human - there isn’t anything wrong with you! Then in small font below: Now, let’s prep you for success/desire) and drive to caption to quickly introduce yourself and invite them to binge your content. (This is a post that hopefully gets them binging your other content to learn more)
