I've been on this journey for most of my life with an official Panic Disorder diagnosis 7 years ago.
I've learnt to embrace the hidden gifts of my anxiety, to coexist with it, and to allow it a seat at the table on my own terms.
Anxious Calm best describes a peaceful coexistence with anxious wiring. Always a little anxious but perhaps not panicked. Calm, but not quite🥰
