Secret YouTube Advice From MrBeast’s Team
Here’s the video: https://youtu.be/miXS8zbH6W8?si=NroAgswsiIK6KtyM This is a recent N8Wealth video that talks about lessons he learned from Mr. Beasts content strategist. It’s a super valuable video for the creators in here looking to create content that performs better. Here is what I learned from this video: 1. Outliers Signal Success 📈: Viral videos are not random; they contain specific elements that can be identified and replicated for more views. Any video that performs exceedingly well compared to the channels average, these are outliers. 2. Broad Ideas Win 🏆: A video’s idea matters more than its editing or thumbnail—broaden your topics to appeal to a larger audience. 3. Evergreen + Trending ♻️: Combine trending content for short-term spikes and evergreen content (content that is always interesting) for long-term, sustained views. 4. Audience > Algorithm🧍‍♂️: Focus on making videos that viewers enjoy, rather than obsessing over pleasing the algorithm. 5. Thumbnails & Titles Matter 💯: Change underperforming thumbnails and titles with noticeable differences to attract new clicks. Each point in the video is explained much more in depth so if this is valuable to you, be sure to watch the whole video for more in depth explanations 🙏 What are your thoughts on this advice?

Secret YouTube Advice From MrBeast’s Team
The Man Who Solved Going Viral (Biggest Lesson)
What's up y'all! I recently watched an interview with Paddy Galloway, one of the most renowned YouTube strategists in the industry. Here's the video if you want to watch (highly recommend): https://youtu.be/HEiAiPGatwc?si=ezyoeriqdg8QKtKp One thing I found really valuable was when he talked about the viral video framework he uses to test his video ideas to ensure they will go viral. Now before I get into it, this information is not just for creators... if you're an editor, this is information you should know as well so you can provide more value to your clients! I sent this video and my takeaways to IBP and it's something that we can now learn from as well as we try to grow the channel together. With that being said, here's one of the most valuable takeaways from the interview... Paddy says every viral video idea needs to have a "CCN Fit" The CCN Fit stands for Core, Casual, and New Audience. This CCN Fit is basically a set of three questions you ask yourself to help you determine whether your video appeals to your core audience, your casual audience, and a new audience. Let’s dive into what each of these means and how you can apply them to your content strategy. ////////////////////////////////////////////// 1. Core Audience Fit - What It Means: Does this video appeal to your most loyal, dedicated viewers? - Why It’s Important: Your core audience is the backbone of your channel. These are the people who watch every video you upload, engage with your content, and are most likely to share it. If your video idea doesn’t resonate with them, it’s unlikely to gain traction. - How to Evaluate: Consider whether this idea delivers the value, insights, or entertainment that your core audience expects from you. Is it aligned with the themes and topics they love most about your channel? 2. Casual Audience Fit - What It Means: Does this video appeal to the viewers who watch your content occasionally? - Why It’s Important: Your casual audience is crucial for growing your channel. These viewers might not watch every video you upload, but they do engage when a topic or theme particularly interests them. Capturing their attention is key to increasing views and engagement. - How to Evaluate: Think about whether the idea is broad enough to attract viewers who aren’t as invested in your channel but enjoy the type of content you produce. Does the concept have a broader appeal that goes beyond your core audience?
