Weight Goal: 80kgs
Vehicle to Goal: Eat high protein, cut out the snacks, workout 6 times/week following Tevon's plan. Count calories.
Basically did a bulk the last few months by accident 😆 I've definitely put on muscle, but I just want to shred down the fat while continuing to add muscle.
