Let’s talk about discipline today
The scary word no one likes to hear
“You need to be disciplined to achieve your goals” (We’ve all heard it before)
And it’s true - discipline is very important when wanting to reach any goal you have
But you know what makes staying disciplined 10x easier?
  • Having passion
  • Reminding yourself of your goals
  • Finding purpose in what you’re doing
  • Enjoying the journey
  • Seeing the beauty in small progress
  • Surrounding yourself with high vibe people
So when you feel no motivation to workout don’t say “I need to be disciplined” and try to Will yourself to the promise land
Instead remind yourself about your goals, find purpose in what you’re doing, turn your attention to the present moment and enjoy every second you’re alive, reach out to a friend who has great energy and always makes you feel motivated, etc…
This makes staying disciplined 10x easier
