  1. Take a photo of your body, your weight (starting shape and weight)
  2. Everyday text me what you eat/drink. Every. Single. Thing. At any time of day.
  3. Then make sure to log it in myfitnesspal Every. Single. Day.
That’s it for week 1. No changes in diet or fitness. We’ll reconnect after a week and go over a plan.
