What Day 1 w/ a New Client looks like
1. Download the myfitnesspal app 2. Create a separate instagram profile To Dos for the upcoming week: 1. Take a photo of your body, your weight (starting shape and weight) 2. Everyday text me what you eat/drink. Every. Single. Thing. At any time of day. 3. Then make sure to log it in myfitnesspal Every. Single. Day. That’s it for week 1. No changes in diet or fitness. We’ll reconnect after a week and go over a plan.

The biggest part about fitness and getting into your ideal shape is ACCOUNTABILITY. Hands down. My hack was creating a separate instagram profile just for me to take pics and post my daily activities. For over almost 2 years, every single day without fail I would post a daily pic of my body (this is when it was very uncomfortable because I was not in the shape I wanted to be in). You can see the history @fitrpro on IG. For those that need some more help, I've been working with other clients for free to build up the credibility of my program. If you are seriously ready to make a change and can commit, but most importantly be accountable to yourself - then hit me up and let's fuckin' go. This client was skinny fat, and I got him swole in 4 months!
