Progress Update: Calorie Deficit Isn't Just About Your Diet
I always see people create deficits by reducing the calories they eat. Well I created my deficit from exercise (2000 kcal / day from walking).
I ate 4 oreos or 4 chips ahoy chewy cookies (I think 1 cookie from either was 70 kcal) after dinner daily, biweekly ate fast food for dinner and a ham and cheese footlong from subway every Saturday at lunch. After 3 months of grinding, I lost 45 lbs and can finally perform a stomach vacuum.
