I know this is going to sound stupid lol but how do I fallow anyone here in our IC

How did this happen …… seems like just yesterday I was just a child playing carefree with neighborhood friends…… getting old dosnt creep up …… it flys !!!! Hopefully in a month I can be diagnosed (4 years now …8 Dr’s) and I can put this away for rainy days of when I am really OLD 😀
