I’m super curious how much plain water do you guys drink?
I get the feeling most of you get the bulk of your hydration from fruit, fresh juice, and then maybe infused water like lemon water.
I drink maybe 20-30 ounces of plain water a day. And that is mostly because I drink it to take my vitamins and herbal supplements.
But for living hydration, I get 112 ounces of fresh juice daily, plus however much hydration is in my daily smoothie, plus the hydration in the fruit I have for breakfast and whatever veggies or fruits I eat for dinner!
So I want to know, how much plain water do you drink a day? How much hydration are you getting a day?
