I went months without eating fruit!
It may be hard for you to imagine but I didn't always like fruit... 🤯 It wasn't that I disliked it necessarily, it was that I wouldn't let myself eat it because all the myths I believed about fruit. The only fruit I would unapologetically enjoy was watermelon in the summertime. Outside of that I pretty much avoided fruit. I'd maybe have an apple a day or a 6 strawberries. Yes 6. I would count. 🙄 I was so terrified of the "sugar" in the fruit. I was afraid the "sugar" in fruit would cause weight gain, which was a concern because at the time I was trying to lose weight. I was afraid the "sugar" in fruit would lead to diabetes, especially since at the time I was showing signs of insulin resistance. I was afraid that the "sugar" in fruit was feeding my candida. So much so that I went through a period where I didn't eat any fruit whatsoever for months because my doctor said that the 1 apple or 6 strawberries I was eating was probably the reason why my candida levels kept getting higher and higher. I pretty much put blinders on when it came to fruit. I did enjoy fruit. I loved my daily apple or strawberries. But I wouldn't let myself dwell on the beauty of fruit for too long because then I'd want to eat it and I felt that it would be unhealthy for me to. Until one day I got some lab work back after not eating any fruit for months and my candida levels were at an all time high. My hormones were a mess. AND I felt like shit. 💩 My doctor questioned it I was still eating an apple daily. I reassured her I wasn't eating any fruit or processed sugar at all. It was at the moment I realized I was being lied to about fruit. 🤯 I had followed her instructions and my health had literally nothing to show for it. So I started eating more fruit and I haven't looked back since! ⚡️ I had been conditioned to see fruit as this evil food group that was making me sick and fueling my health problems. When I started eating more fruit my life literally became brighter, more joyful, and more fruitful.

Loosing hair
Hello ☺️did anyone has similar problem or know what's the cause.I am loosing a lot of hairs and feeling tired most of the days.Almost 6 months raw vegan, started with the juice fast in march for 43 days (I did nut milk and spirulina and barley grass back then too) I eat enough as this week I am tracking my callories and macro in cronometer but I'm low on selenium and sodium as I don't use salt.My diet is fruit based but also I do add greens to each of my meal and in the evening having big salad.Using spirulina and sea moss everyday, nettle and moringa powder. Also since juice fast my period is gone. Since my juice fast I did enemas, hydrocolonoscopy and I was taking herbs for liver and kidneys.Im drinking "heal all tea" by Dr Morse regulary.I did parasite cleanse as well.Any advise please? Is there something I am doing wrong?so confused right now 😞 🙈🙈
