Meditation challenge
We will soon launch a meditation challenge for 21days. We will provide short guided meditations each day. The goal is to stay with daily practice and commit to doing the meditations for 11ams without a break. This will anchor the habit of daily practice. The meditations are designed to be 6-10mins long. This is our effort towards helping people create healthy habits that sustain flow consciousness and clarity of being.
Peace is an inside job. As things get more challenging in the world people will need a strong capacity of resilience in coming months and years. These practices along with an anchored flow consciousness will curate a beautiful life journey no matter what comes.
