“I have no idea what I’m doing”
I’m going to be real with you. That constant feeling of “I have no idea what I’m doing” never goes away. I’ve felt it myself, and I’ve seen it firsthand in people I thought had it all together. It actually doesn’t matter how many businesses you’ve built or how much success you’ve had. I first felt it back when I was an amateur MMA fighter, barely able to make rent, sleeping on gym floors, eating rice and chicken every night just to survive. And I still feel it now, even with multiple businesses running at once—that same feeling still creeps up in the back of my mind. I’ve sat down with famous actors, top-tier entrepreneurs, multi-millionaires— even billionaires—and they all admit the same thing: No one has it all figured out all the time. But here’s the thing… That feeling? It’s a sign you’re pushing yourself to the limit. It’s the price of growth. The idea that things get easier after a certain level of success is completely wrong. The fear, the doubt, the voice in your head telling you maybe you’re in over your head—it’s always there. And it’s never supposed to disappear either. The only people who don’t feel it anymore are the ones who’ve stopped growing. They’ve gotten comfortable, accepted their limits, and quit pushing themselves. But that’s not how I operate. And if you want to achieve greatness, it can’t be how you operate either. That doubt? That uncertainty? Embrace it. Because when it shows up, it means you’re stepping out of your comfort zone and into the place where real progress happens. And that's exactly where you NEED to be. - Luke

“I have no idea what I’m doing”
36 Years...
Today I turned 36. Which is a bit of a strange feeling for me… Not because I feel like I’m getting old, but because I feel younger than I ever have before. I feel stronger. More capable than ever. I feel completely unstoppable. Even though I’m 36 years old, I have never felt more on top of the world. Maybe I don’t run as fast as I used to, but I definitely feel more resilient than my younger self. The idea that you get weaker as you get older is absolute garbage. One of the biggest psyops that is fed to you since you were young. You see it on TV, in movies and everywhere in real life. If I asked you to imagine a 50 year old man you would all picture a grey haired overweight guy who complains about his back all day… But why? Why do you think that it’s normal to become weaker? THINK about it… Aren’t you supposed to get stronger everyday? Why has this idea of negative ageing been implanted into your mind? Because that’s the narrative society wants you to believe. They want you to think that your best years are behind you as you age. But that’s bullshit. The limits you feel are ones you've set for yourself. I personally know guys in their 50’s who would completely CRUSH most young men in fair combat. I'm 36 and doing things I couldn't do at 26. Every day I’m lifting, running, and pushing my body to limits. Most guys my age have settled. They’ve given up on improving and accepted their declining status. But not me. And not the men around me. As long as you’re building your body, enhancing your mind, and respecting your body everyday…. Age will be a badge of honour, not a death sentence. If you’re a man of high calibre, you’re built to age like fine wine… Act like it and get stronger everyday. Don’t let your warrior spirit die. - Luke

36 Years...
12 Months of Focus...
Imagine if you had only one year to achieve everything you possibly could. Just 12 months to make your mark, to hit your goals, to reach the next level. And once that year’s up, you’re stuck with whatever you’ve achieved—nothing more, nothing less. What would you do differently? Would you still waste time scrolling mindlessly, procrastinating or stressing about things that don’t matter? Or would you focus with laser precision and attack each day like it was your last chance to make something happen? You can achieve SO much in a year, you have no idea… Because you’ve never really tried. Most people waste their years on autopilot, never pushing themselves, never seeing what they’re truly capable of. But if you treated every day like it was part of that one year, you’d be amazed at what you could accomplish. THAT’s the mindset you need to have. Because the reality is, every year that slips by is gone for good. And the only thing left is what you’ve built, what you’ve fought for, and what you’ve accomplished. Act like the clock is ticking—because it is. - Luke

The Momentum Shift You Need
You’d be shocked at how fast your life can flip once you start taking yourself seriously. Most people have no idea how quickly things can change when you get your head straight and lock in. It happens quicker than you'd ever believe. Like a Ferrari hitting top speed, you go from zero to a hundred in a blink. The minute you decide you’re done with the bullshit… Done with half-assing your way through life… Done with distractions and settling for average... That’s when the momentum shifts. Everything starts aligning—the money, the opportunities, the growth. And here’s the best bit: you can have everything you’ve ever wanted within a single year. It’s not some distant fantasy. It’s reality for those who are willing to commit, sacrifice, and push themselves every single day. But most people take 10 years to get there. Why? Because they waste the first 9 years being lazy fucks… Making excuses, procrastinating, and waiting for the “perfect time” to start. They delay the grind, the hustle, the focus that could catapult them to success in no time. They sit around, thinking they’ve got time, thinking they’ll start tomorrow, next week, next year… But tomorrow turns into next year, and before they know it, a decade has passed, and they’re still in the same place. If you want to be different, if you want to be the one who actually makes it, you need to start NOW. Not tomorrow, not next week. Now. Because the moment you decide to take yourself seriously, the world has no choice but to take you seriously too. And that’s when everything changes. So stop fucking around. Stop waiting for the right moment. Take yourself seriously today. - Luke
