Don't Make This Rooke Mistake
I made a big mistake for years.
(I still see coaches doing it every day)
No matter what a prospect needed, I said I could help.
I created custom packages.
I did whatever to make money.
I’d spend all week coming up with a new for broke people who couldn’t afford my main offer.
(only to make a tiny amount of money)
I was so eager to get clients.
I crafted offers out of thin air on strategy calls.
My prospects lost confidence in me (but didn’t want to say it to my face).
Trying to sell a bunch of offers will derail your business.
Like Hormozi says:
The path to 1 million/year involves just ONE offer.
This creates simplicity in your business.
If you have one offer that isn't selling, don't create more offers to "fix" your problem.
Figure out how to sell what you have.
